Companies are like humans. From time to time they feel the need to renew, to redefine their style and to reconstruct their image, to fit their new beliefs. Or maybe they want to keep up with the trends. Or they just want something new. Something different.
All the reasons mentioned above were at the heart of this rebranding project, so we had more freedom of creation than ever before. And we’ve used it: the identity materials (rollups, banners, business cards, flyers, presentation stand) and the packages are our witnesses.
The challenge was to build a new unitary appearance, which had to be consistent with the values that define our client. We wanted to express simplicity, elegance and vivacity, inspired by the playful spirit of pets and the quality of the products offered by our client.
To accomplish this, we’ve created the packaging design respecting the flat design rules, with flat UI colors and vivid shades, in contrast with the black background. In order to differentiate the product types we’ve drawn colored silhouettes, while also preserving the style consistency with the gray variations from the background.
Discrete and effective, the words express the defining features of non-speaking friends: playful, joyful, healthy, happy, good, as we always want them to be.
