Project description:
If it’s for a billboard, it has to be big, massive, dominating, and even more so when the message is supposed to be a call to action (just as this was the case), a factor that stimulates an active response; both for message and design.
When it comes to the message, we have to say we really liked the idea of such a contest, so we launched a friendly invitation to a classic, maybe even a bit vintage, competition, with discrete hints about the glory days of fair-play racing, beyond bad blood, and when the best man really did win the prize. And for design we simply enjoyed the freedom given by the amplitude of this medium: surprising pairings in close proximity, cursive fonts, high density of elements.
