When they think of an infographic, most people think of something cute, animated, colourful. And while they’re not necessarily on the wrong track, it’s important to point out that this kind of graphics is meant to illustrate in a format that is as friendly and easy to understand as possible a series of information that would otherwise seem overwhelming, dull or too tough to handle for one reason or another.
However, this infographic is strongly related to the Heavy Industry and has been integrated in a corporate video production, so we had to put our straight faces on so that the overall style and tone of voice wouldn’t lose any of the seriousness required by the business environment. The good part? This material served the same purpose as any other infographic: to turn the rough information into a friendly message that is easy to understand for anyone outside the industry.
We believe we managed to check all of the points required by this project, although we have to admit openly that it sure helped that we worked driven by the strong personality of the company, the uniqueness of their innovation and of the huge positive impact their work has.
